Eliot Spitzer (aka "Client 9" from Emperor's CLub Escorts),resigned as Governor of New York after a sex scandal with a high priced prostitute identified as Ashley Dupree (aka "Kristen"), in a Washington, D.C. hotel. Spitzer has been reported paying $5,500 an hour, for his sexual tryst with Dupree.
The Seattle Times, March 12, 2008, "Report: Spitzer Call Girl Identified," states court papers declair the amount to be $4,300, to an international call-girl ring. "He was replaced by his deputy, David Paterson, who became New Yorks first black Governor and the first blind one in US history"
(TIMESONLINE, March 13, 2008, James Bone, New York).
Client Number 9, Eliot Spitzer, paid prostitute Ashley Dupre, to travel from New York to Washington. The Mann Act makes it a federal offense to take someone across state lines for the purpose of prostitution.

Eliot Spitzer with his wife Slida by his side, recounts during a press conference, "I am deeply sorry that I did not live up to what was expected of me, I look at my time as Governor with a sense of what might have been. There is much more to be done. I cannot allow my private failings to disrupt the people's work. In the past few days I have begun to atone for my private failings with my wife, Silda, my children ( Spitzer is the father of three girls), and my entire family. The remorse I feel will always be with me."
Spitzer also stated he "acted in a way that violates my obligations to my family and violates my, or any, sense of right and wrong." He then gave an apology to his family and the public stating, "I must now dedicate some time to regain the trust of my family." Both Eliot and Silda Spitzer walked away without taking questions. The governor seen patting his wife on the back as they left the news conference.
SLIDA WALL SPITZER - SAD FATE OF ANOTHER CO-DEPENDENT WIFE
Slida Wall Spitzer, a Harvard educated Lawyer who founded the New York charity "Children For Children," and the governer's wife for twenty years, seemed dumb-struck and in pain as she stood beside her husband, Eliot, during his press "confession" conference. Pale and silent, Slida kept her eyes focused on Eliot and his every word.
Why would an intelligent woman stand beside a husband who lives a double life of tawdry and salacious sexual liaisons? Eliot Spitzer was a political crusader against white collar crime while leading a life consumed with crime! Crime that also included setting up shell corporations and transferring money.
ABC NEWS Reports, March 11, 2008, Emily Friedman, "Why Women Stand by their Man" - Wives Often Feel Pressured to Show Support, Experts Say. "Most times when this happens to the average woman, they'll leave the relationship," said Gemma Puglisi, a communications expert and associate professor at American University in Washington, D.C. 'But with these high-profile cases, everything is at stake - the job, the prestige - and so it's almost the norm for the wife to stand there and forgive him.'"
WHAT WAS PUBLIC RESPONSE?
The "New York Post", Monday, March 17, 2008, Maureen Callahan, "A Woman Scorned - With Silda Wall Spitzer, Public Lashed Out At The Women At The Podium":
More than 100 people weighed in on Slida on Reuters online, with measured responses at a minimum. "I am shocked to see her standing by this cheater at this news conference," wrote one. Others, "What is wrong with these women? Rich, good-looking, educated, and they all make asses of themselves standing next to the bums who betrayed them." "Slida Spitzer is a woman of great courage," "I cannot imagine why she would stand by his side, unless she has something to gain"; "Slida rocks! She's showing incredible strength through her decency"; "Not quite sure where her self-pride is"; "This would not be the first wife of a politician to stand by silently. Perhaps someday she will run for president."
That last comment was in reference to Hilary Clinton standing by her man Bill, during and after the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal. However, televised News reports Sen. Clinton wasn't going to comment concerning the Eliot and Slida affair, except to say that she is "sending my best wishes and thoughts to the governor and his family."
New York Post's Andrea Peyser advised Slida to "get out as fast as your still-very-attractive legs can carry you."
ASHLEY ALEXANDRA DUPRE - THE PROSTITUTE WHO BROUGHT ELIOT SPITZER DOWN, WHICH IN TURN BROUGHT SPITZER'S WIFE, SLIDA AND THREE DAUGHTERS DOWN TOO.
HURTING PEOPLE, USUALLY HURT PEOPLE, UNLESS THEY GET HELP SORTING OUT PAST PAIN...
Ashley Dupree was interviewed by Diane Sawyer for an ABC 20/20 television segment on Friday night, November 21, 2008. At the time of the interview Ms. Dupre was 23 years old. Described as an "upper middle class girl next door," Dupre wore a blue conservative suit for her prime time question and answer segment with Sawyer, holding true to what I would call an "upper class look." But the facts remain, Ashley Dupree was a prostitute, which is far from being classy.
I found myself remembering Dupre's MySpace August 30, 2008 blog when she wrote, "The last few months have been a roller coaster with so called friends, lovers, and family...but it's something I have to deal with and confront in order to move on." Ms. Dupree only mentioned herself, not the remorse or damage she did to the innocent other's her behavior and actions effected and infected.
During Dupre's interview with Sawyer, she refused to utter the word "Prostitute," instead referring to her past occupation as being an "Escort."
Sawyer stated "what is the difference," appearing to not understand Dupre's logic, nor did I. Dupre summed up her sentiments stating the difference had more to do with the time spent with a client. She said some clients would book her just to talk. No matter the title Dupre gives herself while offering up her body sexually to Spitzer or any other man for the exchange of money, the act is called "Prostitution."
Dupre admits concerning her sexual liaison with Spitzer, "Some guys, they want to have conversations and really get to know each other. With him (referring to Spitzer), it clearly was not like that."
She continued, "It was more of a transaction. Strictly business." Dupree, who was known by Spitzer as Kristen, the "Escort" from the Emperior's Club, said she practiced safe sex with all her clients, including Spitzer. Due to attorney advice, She declined to give details concerning their sexual liaison, or say whether she and Spitzer were together more than once. Sawyer asked if she felt sorry for Spitzer, to which she said "No." But did admit she felt sorry for Slida stating, "I'm sorry for your pain."
Dupre said she see's her future in the world of music, fashion and writing books. She confirmed to Sawyer, ..."but not prostitution. Never again." When asked by Sawyer if she ever needed money again what she would do, Dupree said she would turn to her family.
Yet it was the lack of a solid, loving and caring relationship with her biological father that Dupre states caused much of her grief and instability growing up. No doubt Spitzer's daughters will possilby grow up feeling a "lack" in the caring, loving father department too. Inturn, Ashley Dupre has passed her pain, sorrow and baton forward...as many hurting people, hurt people. The moral of the story in my opinion? What goes around, comes around.
Up - Date:
December 15, 2009 - Ashley Dupree has been hired by the New York Post, as a relationship expert. She is writing a weekly column about "how to relate to your man." She confides in her first column, "Men are primal." Primal is often defined as ,"Chief and Most Important." It seems remaining in the limelight is "primal" to Ms. Dupree.
Demure in conservative clothing, ex-prostitute, Ashley Dupree is pictured wearing eyeglasses much like those Sarah Palin dons. Ms. Dupree giving sex and relationahip advice, is like a pig wearing a gold ring in its snout. "As a ring of gold in a swine's snout, So is a beautiful woman who lacks discretion." - Proverbs 11:22 As Sarah Palin has confirmed in her infamous speech quote concerning Pigs, I too ask.."Lipstick on a Pig?"
I have often been asked, "Why do rich, powerful men pay to have extra marital sex with a prostitute when they can have many women?"
These power player men want the thrill and excitement of a sexual liaison you pay for, no strings attached, rather than have to deal with the emotional baggage from an extra marital relationship. They thrive on power and control and feeding their narcissistic egos, ordering up sex like the average person orders a pizza or hamburger to go. They have the money and make the time, to have sex their way. Which is why I have two websites with much the same title: WW.SEXHISWAY.COM, and WWW.XXXHISWAY.COM .
CASE IN POINT - TIGER WOODS:
A case in point, famous golf Pro, "Tiger Wood's," and his double-life of conservative, married husband, and father of devoted love. While he is spreading his "love" around having sex with every Suzy Q he can score. Wood's is an excellent example of why many successful men hire prostitutes. No name, no game, and no shame.
Like the bible plainly declares, "Sin is fun for a season." Hebrews 11:25.
