News Update: May 30, 2024- Donald Trumps hush money trial verdict results are now in, finding him guilty on all 34 felony counts. However, despite Donald Trumps vexing, numerous, sinful and degrading sexual abuses and liaisons, he should have been given a fair and balanced legal trial by Judge Juan Merchan. Trump was not afforded that opportunity, in this writers opinion. With legal infractions now mounting, he will have 30 days after July 11, 2024, sentencing to appeal these legal woes.
Donald Trump's history made hush money-cover-up trial in New York yields solid proof that there has been liberal Democrat Deep State Interference in the legal process. Trump has directly blamed President Joe Biden, for these bad faith infractions. Citing that this "witch hunt" never been tried case before, has been "Washington" motivated at core.
"On May 21, 2024, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik of New York, filed an ethics complaint against Merchan, alleging a conflict of interest" in this case, all to no avail (Wikipedia, retrieved May 4, 2024).
Judge Juan Merchan did indeed have conflicts of interests in this case and therefore should have recused himself. Because he did not, law and order did not serve to prevail, with many news sources reporting the case was rigged to hold high political democratic favor. Radio reports by Atlanta, Ga. host, Erick Erickson, (heard live, May 3,2024), confirmed Merchan in the past had donated money to fund "Stop Trump Campaign" in noted favor of Joe Biden's political gain. Erickson gave note that Donald Trump having had a sexual affair with Porn Star, Stormy Daniels, was not a crime. And that the legal outcome in this case against Trump was therefore rigged, holding forth political clout infractions.

Innocent victim, father of two, former volunteer firefighter and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Corey Comperatore, lost his life during the attack. As Comperatore, had shielded and protected his family with his own body in the midst of the shooting spree. At the time of this writing, we know two other victim's were also seriously wounded. Secret Service agents shot and killed Thomas Mathew Crooks.
SEXUAL ASSAULT AND HARASSMENT ALLEGATIONS AGAINST DONALD J. TRUMP
At least 19 women have made sexual assault and harassment allegations against Trump, including non-consensual kissing or groping, since the 1980's. His ex-wife Ivana Trump made a rape claim during their 1989 divorce. Two allegations (Ivana Trump and Jill Harth), became public before Trump's candidacy for President in 2016.
The rest arose after a 2005 audio recording was leaked (Access Hollywood), during the 2016 campaign for Presidency. In this recording Trump bragged that a celebrity like himself "can do anything to women, including "just start kissing them... I don't even wait" and "grab 'em by the pussy." Trump subsequently characterized those comments as "locker room talk."
Several beauty pageant contestants in the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA (Trump at the time owned those pageants), accused Trump of entering their dressing rooms in various stages of undress, on the pretense of wishing them luck. These claims were raised by several pageant contestants in 1997, 2000, 2001, and again in 2006.
2023 CARROLL-TRUMP SEX RAPE LAWSUIT:
News sources claim, E. Jean Carroll, a former Elle Magazine advice columnist, stated as fact in legal lawsuit that Donald Trump raped her in the mid-1990's, in a busy department store dressing room. It was reported that Carroll never reported the incident to police, however, did report what occurred to two personal friends. The rape incident came forward in time due to Carroll's writing a memoir book in 2019. The Associated Press released the story details.

Their actions, and reactions, affirm who and what defines them, and their life-styles. As such, they attract what they seek. 2024 PRESIDENTAL ELECTION AND ONGOING FEDERAL CASE 37 COUNT CHARGES:
Former President Trump is now running (at the time of this writing) in the 2024 election process for America's Presidental seat of office once again. He has been right on in the past, in protecting America's interest. As he set America's economy status firm and was straight on correct concerning illegal immigration problems and war defense. Which does indeed help to make America great again!
Unfortunately, additional problems have served to prevail for Trump, as he has now been accused of federal criminal charges in a case involving the mishandling of U.S. government documents. On a relative side note, many past elected officials' have been found to have personal possession of U.S. government documents, including current sitting president, Joe Biden.* And likewise, the infamous works of hand done in the past by Democrat, Hiliary Clinton! On March 4, 2024, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Former President Donald Trump, confirming that he is eligible to stay on primary election ballots for the upcoming 2024 Presidential election. The 9-0 ruling is the first in the high court's history regarding the insurrection clause in the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Section 3 of the amendment, which was ratified after the Civil War, states that no one may hold federal or state public office if they have taken an oath to protect the Constitution "as an officer of the United States" and then take "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to enemies thereof."

Jean Carrol is said to receive 18.3 million in compensatory damages and 65 million in punitive retribution. The former president is paying Carroll compensatory damages of 18.3m-11m to fund a reputational repair campaign. The 7.3m is for the emotional harm caused by Trump's 2019 public statements. Trump stated the ruling was "absolutely ridiculous" on Truth Social, confirming he will be filing an appeal.

The Presidental Records Act Trump claims holds his stance as not guilty, being firm and true. Meanwhile, at the time of this writing, Trump's popularity and public support continues to gain strength, along with his Presidental bid. Many believe he will go to win the 2024 Presidential election. While Trump's past sexual liaisons are troubling, most voter appeal response looks the other way. The more the courts strive to fine him, or liberal woke Democrats strive to taunt him, the greater the public support grows on his behalf!
